RETURNS: Powertex accepts returns of unworn, unwashed
merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment. We fully
guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept
defective items for a full refund or exchange. In all cases, refunds will be
made in the form of the original payment. We are able to refund shipping and
handling charges only in the case of manufacturing defects.
Note: We do not accept returns on customized clothing except in case of
manufacturer defect.
Returns MUST be sent via UPS or FedEX, as we need to have a verifiable tracking
number to follow in the event of a lost or delayed package. If a package is
sent via any other method, and is lost in transit, we will have no way to
verify the package, and will not be able to complete the return process.
Return package must also include the following information: Reason for return,
whether the return is for refund or exchange, and if an exchange is requested
the item number, size, color, and quantity of the requested exchange items. If
the following requirements are not met, the return process may be delayed
significantly.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales
receipt or packing slip is required for reimbursement of the purchase price as
well as the original product.
BACKORDERS: We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your
order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will
contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will give you an
estimated delivery date or allow you to change your order for an item that is
currently in stock.
P.O. BOXES: Orders sent to a P.O. box cannot be tracked via a
tracking number. Orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes within the United States,
but the BRP Official Licensed Products Website will neither provide tracking
info nor be responsible for the package once it leaves the shipping facility
due to the lack of tracking data available.
DELIVERY: Please allow 60 days for delivery (Wisconsin orders
please apply 5.5% sales tax). You may receive several shipments to complete the
fulfillment of your order. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items
only. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar
amount of your order before any deductions. Charges are calculated before
taxes. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of
processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible.
